Fees are payable one year in advance. If you withdraw from a course prior to course commencement then all course fees, less the $100.00 Enrolment Fee, will be refunded within 21 days of a written request. If you withdraw from a course after the course has commenced then fees are not refundable. If in any situation Trison Business College is unable to deliver the agreed training Course to the student, then a full refund of the fees paid by the student to the College are to be refunded, including the $100.00 Enrolment Fee, within 21 days of the scheduled starting date of the Course. Claims for a refund can be made at any time and are paid to you within 21 days of the receipt of an application to withdraw from a course. This agreement, and the availability of complaints and appeals processes, does not remove the right of the student to take action under Australia's consumer protection laws.
