If you already
possess some of the skills and knowledge required for a course then you may be able to apply for recognition of prior
learning (RPL). Evidence is required to support any claims for RPL and this may be in the form of certificates or statements
from other training organisations, practical demonstration, or satisfactory completion of an assessment.
All students will
be given the opportunity to apply for RPL upon course commencement. If RPL is granted then the course length and cost may
be reduced. DIAC will be advised of the new course completion date and your stay in Australia may be reduced. Note that
a minimum workload of 6 hours per week must be achieved to maintain eligibility for a student visa.
