The Diploma of Business Human Resources Management will appeal to people interested in a broad range of issues relating to the function of people management. This course explores industrial relations matters, staff training and development and performance management, as well as some of the administrative and information systems designed to be considered for an effective human resource operation.

Completion of this course provides up to one year's credit transfer into relevant degree-level courses offered by universities.

Entry Requirements: Completion of High School Leaving Certificate, Year 12 or equivalent, Matayom 6, Senior Middle 3 or equivalent. Good English skills. An IELTS score of 5.5, or equivalent, is required. All course books are written in English. Assignments must be submitted in English.

Duration: 52 weeks

Commencement Date: Courses can be commenced at any time.
