This
qualification is designed to reflect the role of entry level employees
working across the entire financial services spectrum who perform duties
such as responding to customer enquiries, sales and service, maintaining
financial records, performing clerical duties, and retail financial services.
Entry
Requirements: Good
English skills. An IELTS score of 5.5, or equivalent, is required. All
course books are written in English. Assignments must be submitted in
English.
Duration: 26 weeks.

Date: Courses can be commenced at any time.
