This qualification reflects the role of individuals who provide leadership and strategic direction in the human resources activities of an organisation. They analyse, design and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual or managerial competencies. Their knowledge base may be highly specialised or broad within the human resources field.

Completion of this Advanced Diploma can provide up to two years credit transfer into relevant degree-level courses offered by universities

Entry Requirements: Completion of High School Leaving Certificate, Year 12 or equivalent, Matayom 6, Senior Middle 3 or equivalent. Good English skills. An IELTS score of 5.5, or equivalent, is required. All course books are written in English. Assignments must be submitted in English.

Duration: 104 weeks.
