This
course aims to provide a high level of training and assessment skills
to people interested in becoming a workplace trainer and/or assessor.
The course is also useful for existing workplace trainers and assessors
seeking to update their skills. This qualification is required by all
trainers and assessors delivering or assessing against nationally endorsed
competency standards.
Entry
Requirements: There
are no specific entry requirements, however, participants should have
significant experience in the industry/area in which they want to teach.
Commencement
Date: Commence at any time.
Length:
Some components of the course are self paced so the actual time taken
will vary from person to person. Most people will be able to complete
the course within 1-2 months.
Delivery
Modes: Available by attendance and/or distance education. Some components
of the course are also available online. Students wanting to complete
the course entirely by distance education will need access to video recording
equipment and a training environment.
