This qualification reflects the role of individuals who provide leadership and strategic direction in the human resources activities of an organisation. They analyse, design and execute judgements using wide-ranging technical, creative, conceptual or managerial competencies. Their knowledge base may be highly specialised or broad within the human resources field. These individuals are often accountable for group outcomes and for the overall performance of the human resources function of an organisation.
Completion of this Advanced Diploma provides up to two years credit into relevant degree courses offered by universities.
Job titles relevant to this qualification include human resources director, human resources strategist, global human resources manager.
Entry
Requirements: There are no specific entry requirements, however, completion of the Diploma of Human Resources Management, or substantial vocational experience in the human resources field is preferred.

Self-paced (average 18 months full-time).
Cost:
$5900.00 ($5410.00 concession) with no prior training/experience, or $2800.00 ($2520.00 concession) for students who have completed the Diploma of Human Resources Management.
