Traineeships

Traineeships are jobs that combine paid work and training. If you are employed then you may be eligible to complete one of the qualifications listed below under a Traineeship. Normal course costs apply, however, Government incentives may be payable to employers which will reduce or negate the course cost.

The following qualifications may attract a $4,000 Government incentive payment for existing workers who have not completed a Diploma or higher level qualification, regardless of how long the employee has worked in the business.

• Diploma of Business
• Diploma of Business Administration
• Diploma of Management

The following qualifications may attract a $4,000 Government incentive payment for existing workers who don't have any other qualifications.

• Certificate III in Financial Services
• Certificate III in Financial Services (Accounts/Clerical)
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Certificate IV in Financial Services (Accounting)
• Certificate IV in Financial Services
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management
• Certificate IV in Marketing
• Certificate IV in Business
• Certificate IV in Business Administration

The following qualifications may attract a $4,000 Government incentive payment for existing workers who have been employed for less than 3 months full-time or 12 months part-time.

• Certificate III in Business
• Certificate III in Business Administration
• Certificate III in Business (Medical Administration)
• Certificate III in Business (Legal Administration)
• Certificate III in Frontline Management
• Certificate IV in Project Management
• Certificate IV in Human Resources
