The Certificate III in Customer Contact is suitable for individuals seeking to become skilled operators who apply a broad range of competencies in a varied work context, using some discretion and judgement and relevant theoretical knowledge.

Entry Requirements: This qualification is only available to participants funded under the Productivity Places Program. To apply for entry into this course download and complete a confirmation of enrolment form (Microsoft Word format or PDF format).
